You may not redeem Rewards Points, and you will immediately lose all of your Rewards Points, if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Rewards Points expire after 36 months. Purchases made at The Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers do not earn Rewards Points or fuel points. Rewards sent automatically only to balances greater than or equal to 1,000 Rewards Points, if your Account is open and in good standing. Rewards Certificates cannot be redeemed at Fuel Centers.
